Lighting Design: International Workshop, Conference and Exhibition

Notodden Municipality together with Professional Lighting Designers Association (PLDA) organized a unique Light Design Workshop during January 2009. For the first time the exciting interaction between architecture and snow, ice and lighting design was the theme of a PLDA workshop in the south-east Norwegian town Notodden! The conference took place January 31st.

Famous international light designers have created lightscapes in the centre of Notodden town together with 40 light design students from all over the world. Their achievements were shown to the public and the industry during the period 30.01.09 to 22.02.09. The images from the different locations can be seen in our gallery.
